There are a few reasons why you may not be able to log in.
- Try resetting your password. On the Log In Page, you can request to reset your password if you have forgotten it.
- If your password will not reset, it may be due to a faulty or expired payment. If so, simply head back over to the Registration Page to resubscribe and enter your new payment information.
- If you are still not able to sign in, please start a Help Ticket using the links to the left.
If you are able to log in, you can find all your subscription and payment settings under your account, which is located to the right of the menu on the desktop. Just click your Username and then My Account and then Payments to make any changes you need.
If you have downloaded the Your Swim Channel app on the new Apple TV, it is easy to activate with your current subscription. On your computer, go to Username and then My Account and then scroll down to where you see Apple TV Activation Key ID. You get this ID from the Apple TV app under Subscription.
Cancelling your account is also done under your account. Just click your Username and then My Account and then Subscriptions and then click Cancel.
If you signed up for Your Swim Channel via the Apple TV app rather than through the website, you must cancel your subscription via iTunes.
